Terms of Service

The Carson Foster coaching platform ("the Service") provides swim coaching products and features, including personal video reviews, the Coach Carson AI chat, community features, and related content. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Video review credits are purchased in packs and redeemed when you submit a video for review. Credits do not expire unless stated otherwise at purchase.
• The Community + Coach Carson AI subscription renews automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
• Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once a review has been delivered or a billing period has started.

Content on the Service — including video reviews, AI chat responses, and training material — is for general coaching and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified physician, physiotherapist, or other professional before starting or changing a training program, and for any injury, nutrition, or mental health concern. You train at your own risk.

If you opt in to text messages from us, the following terms apply:

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies based on your activity and our announcements.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the rights to share
• Harass other members or post unlawful, hateful, or explicit content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Resell or redistribute the Service or its content without permission

You retain ownership of videos and material you submit. By submitting, you grant us a limited license to view and process that content solely to provide the Service (for example, so Carson can review your swim).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
